The Sofia Villa Project utilizes the evolution lean-to retractable system. This home owner prepared a gorgeous addition with a pool in his villa backyard. A stone call overs one side and a Libart retracting lean-to allows a great outdoor experience for this homeowner. Correspondingly, the pool lean-to shelters his rectreational area during the winter and opens up during the summer to create a beautiful relaxation area.

Evolution Lean-To

Freestanding retractable roofs easily open and close, giving you the flexibility of an indoor or outdoor living experience in the same area. Evolution Lean-To retractable systems and retractable roofs provide an operable extension.  Altogether, this gives you the flexibility of an indoor or outdoor living experience in the same area.  Operation can be manual or motorized, utilizing SecurTrak™ system for structural safety and ease of operation. Evolution Freestanding structures are manufactured to sites specific and user needs from 6 base models. There are extensive door and window options to provide access and ventilation without opening the system.

Moreover, Evolution Lean-To structures are manufactured to site specific and user needs from 3 base models. There are extensive door and window options to provide access and ventilation without opening the system. The system can start from 2 segmented profiles (EL). Above all, it can also  go up to 3 segmented profiles (VL).  There is a hybrid solution of FreeStanding and LeanTo systems.

TYPES OF RETRACTION

Furthermore, LeanTo systems need an existing structure such as a building or steel support to install it’s wall rails. LeanTo systems act as a part of the existing structure, to provide a roof and wall cover that can retract to the sides. Additionally, they are different from FreeStanding and other retractable structures.  LeanTo systems can integrate with a TeleGlide™ (Trackless) system depending on the span of the installed system.
